So in July as Lucy was away in Australia, i was looking for some freelance work to get some cash and thanks to super Dylan, they asked me at Random if I would like to help them out during July. My first 3 weeks there were insane….I realized how  much I have still to learn from tech and digital….but thanks to the super Dylan(the senior producer) who guide me and the great team of amazing developers and creative technologist they have there, I learned a lot and had a great time too. For my first project there I worked with Manuel and Coen, they are so talented and great fun to work with!!

So after my 2nd week there boss there Daan (who is the coolest and most chilled and good vibes boss) asked me if i want to stay!

So I just signed to work at Random for half day (9.30-2.30pm) and then off to my job as producer for my super Lucy McRae (3-7pm). Its going to be insane, but after talking to Lucy we both saw this as a opportunity for me to keep learning more about digital, and as both sides allow me to have a flexible times as far as I do my work!

So im really happy, and after seeing my lovely Lucy and talking about all the nice projects we have now ahead, i feel so happy, challenged and inspired!

Of course there is no day that i dont miss my other half Mariana, but im sure that in the future our asses will be working together and having crazy and fun times!!!

Ahhh and I love Amsterdam feels like home now!

The guetto is not doing that bad!

I guess we achieve a great state of happiness in our career and although we are not doing this path together i believe we are walking towards knowledge that other people is giving to us, in different fields, and I still have the dream that one day our heads and hearts and asses will collide again and we will put our learnings in the same pot and do lots of shit with it, after all, is all about fucking with people’s minds! people is seek of the everyday life happenings, they are eager for excitement and being enthusiasmated and surprised… kiss kiss bang bang from the guetto

Hyperguetto Londons bumpy ride!

Ok so we moved to London to do our final project about an interactive instalation, well that deal went down the toilet the same day we arrived in London.

We had a panic moment, but then we saw an opportunity to go to the Guardian and so we did, we worked together there for a month and it was great! But at the end they couldn’t take us both for the interactive project cause they were not going to do the interactive part….cold shower again and a lot of sadness! But we know there is no time to sit and cry so we took a decision. We might live in our wonderland but with our minds in reality again we see the market is tough and that we might need to separate for a while until we find a place that can hold our 2 heavy weight bodies!

So Mariana is staying at the guardian as she needs to finish of her contract there and she will be working as a motion designer and I will be moving to Amsterdam to work with super Lucy Mcrae.

Hyperguetto will have this small separation, but our souls and spirit will be together and we will keep us update with every stupid detail in our daily lifes (i need to know how many times mariana pous) and we will still work together in: re-charge our site, some freelance and some random projects! We want to make sure Hyperguetto spirit is fulfilled and doesn’t die,  we don’t know how the future looks but we know it’s going to be fucking great!!!
